Recovery Time

It can take 3-5 days for skin to heal.

Days 1-3: Expect a sunburn-like effect with tightness, dryness, and sensitivity. Some redness, bruising, and temporary swelling may occur.

  • Avoid strenuous activities, Jacuzzis, saunas, and steam baths for 48 hours.

  • Use mineral makeup after 24 hours.

  • Sleep on your back with elevated head for comfort.

Days 3-5: Peeling, dryness, and flaking may begin; resist picking or scrubbing. Let old skin flake naturally and keep it moisturized.

Days 5-7: Resume regular skincare once irritation subsides. Continued improvement is common over the months.
